: Hearst Museum object titled Bead, accession number 9-12512, described as Ojime: carved ivory in the shape of an oni (demon in human form) w/one hand to side of head. The cord hole runs between the legs and arms. Features in the face indistinct. Ivory is a dark yellow. Dirt or stain in depressions of surface. Very worn. H. 1.5 cm.
