: Hearst Museum object titled Harpoon model, accession number 2-59598a-c, described as Walrus harpoon model, made with whalebone foreshaft, wood shaft, bone toggle head with case for steel blade, and perforated ivory object attached to thong line. Harpoon including foreshaft is 11.5 cm. Toggle head including point is 13.7 cm. Sealskin case for blade is 11.5 cm, not including thong ties. Foreshaft is 39 cm.
