According to Kaethe Kliot this is a “filet apron”. Linen with a two-tone point lace edging.

Bottom: Christ figure holding book and staff. Length 120 cm, width 67 cm. Patched area (9.5 x 6 cm) upper right hand of garment. Mid 17th century ecclesiastical garment.
