Context of use: Banyor- made by women and worn by either men or women on the wrist or upper arm. Diamond-shape pattrn is called Gurgurde. Cotton thread purchased from shop. Tiny beads difficult to obtain now. These are over 10 years old. Description: Bracelet of woven beads; dark blue beads in diamond shaped patterns on backgrounds of yellow, orange or light blue beads, separated by horizontal lines of blue, white, blue beads; white button on one end loop or string at other. L. 15 cm.
