Part of Parsi priest's vestments.  Folded lengthwise and wrapped around waist, falling in 2 long ends.  The pichhori is worn on top the jama, the priestly costume being generally referred to as pichhori-jama. (long gown).  This specimen was used by the donor, High Priest of the temple.
