Hearst Museum object titled Nativity candlestick, accession number 3-31103, described as NATIVITY SCENE CANDLE STICK: Terra cotta candle stick, domed base to which are affixed Joseph (yellow robe, green mantel, black hair and beard), Mary (pink robe, blue mantel, white head veil), infant lying on a bas-relief “manger” which resembles a large flower (white, red and yellow), a grey donkey and a brick colored cow kneel above the “manger” on each side of the candle stem.   Two white doves with red/green/yellow tails.  The base of the candle dome is decorated with band of white zigzag highlighted with pink dots, and a band of yellow and pink scallops separated by narrow black bands.  Small white tag with “Mexico” printed on surface is glued to the underside.  Could be Aguilar.
