Plaque; long, flat, rectangular shape, two horn-like knobs at left and right ends, originally five pierced projections along lower edge; two suspension holes, one each at upper left and right corners. Incised linear decoration, white paste filled on both faces: parallel zig zag and straight lines filled with hatching. Surface abraded; part of right projection, one bottom projection and parts of two others missing.
