Description:

Baby hat Black and maroon wedges of fabric make ground of hat. Blue appliqué on top. Red appliqué on black fabric. 1.5" band of cross stitch around base of hat. 4 yarn pompoms. Metal beads and bells. Also wire wrapped in silver cord to create stripes.
