Black and white photograph with attached caption: "With the ground prepared by the District Officer the survey team now arrives on the scene. It is headed by two European medical officers, Dr. Duggen and Dr. Hollins. The Sleeping Sickness is extremely short-staffed as a result of the war, and only work of the most urgent nature can be undertaken.
