This is not 2-18206 - the ledger lists only one basket and we have it already. This basket is very similar but does not match the dimensions as listed in the ledger. Basket has braided rope attached to the exterior of the basket near the rim. The rim is rectangular, all four sides slope inward. The short sides form curved sides at the bottom and the long sides slope down until they connect in a straight line across the bottom. The rim is broken and unraveling in one corner. Per Ralph Shanks: Commercial twine strap. Openwork wrapped twine. Long narrow herringbone start. Alternating rows of up to right down to right weft twist. Gathering basket. Could match 2-19465.
