Per Ralph Shanks: Diagonally twined wall pocket /matchbox holder. Willow warps, background wefts are willow. Designs are black bracken fern root and red/ orange unpeeled willow. Reinforcing rod at rim. Red triangles in a horizontal band and black diagonal design at top. Most likely Washo based on rim.
