Description:

Cooking basket; coiled. Warp is Willow (Salix), weft is Redbud (Cercis occidentalis). Black pattern is Brake fern (Pteris quilina). Single-rod coiling with interlocking stitches; wide-mouthed with flaring sides. Large and deep. Decoration: disconnected horizontal black lines.
