Shallow basket; twined. Warp is Hazel (Corylus cornuta californica), weft is Hazel. White pattern is Beargrass (Xerophyllum tenax). Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) dyed. Large, flat bowl shape. Grimy and worn from use. Section missing from rim. White overlay, dark "sun-like" design in center, m ajor element diagonal bands bordered with the "foot" motif. Design areas divided by a lattice stripe.
