Description:

Storage basket; twined. Warp is Hazel (Corylus cornuta californica), weft is Sugar pine (Pinus lambertiana). White pattern is Beargrass (Xerophyllum tenax). Plain twined with three strand twining in lower area, design of diagonal and vertical stripes in lower area. Triangular geometric design in upper area. Three loops of cotton cloth attached at rim. Darkened overall. Start broken, rim broken in some areas.
