Base for ifgurine of Bishamon Ten wood base represents reclining demon; 15-16 century (fide Prof. Cahill); base is 12.5 cm. Bishamon Ten (Japanese for Vaisravana) is the Guardian of the North i.e. one of the four guardian of the corners of the world. Used in home or in shrine.
