Description:
Basket; 45.5 cm h, 115.5 circum at top; 148 cm circum. at largest width; outside of basket in open hexangonal weave; inside of basket in open hexangonal weave; between inside and outside layer of leaf or bast fibers; top made from two bent wood sticks wrapped around twice with 4 cm of diagonal caning beginning outside layer, crossing over sticks; inside caning begins at circular element inside basket 4 cm below rim. Used to have a top of the same weave, per KMV.
