Description:
Cooking basket; twined. Warp is Willow (Salix), weft is yellow Pine. White pattern is Beargrass (Xerophyllum tenax). Red pattern is Redbud (Cercis occidentalis). Plain twined. Two winding double bands in dark red. Globose shape. Dirty. All overlay except rim and base. Stepped rectangles of redbud on white ground. 2-faced overlay. 3-strand twining: one row, second from the top; 0 - 4 cm from start; approximately 6.5 - 7 cm from start.
