Cooking basket; twined. Warp is Willow (Slaix), weft is yellow Pine. White pattern is Beargrass (Xerophyllum tenax). Black dye is Maidenhair fern (Adiantum pedatum). In very good condition. Almost completely plain twining, overlain with black and white; the "foot" design, in 2-faced overlay. Bottom of basket has concentric rings, white and 3-strand twining alternating. 1 row of 3-strand twining at basket rim.
