Bowl base fragment; Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) attributed. Presumed to have been salvaged from the cargo of the Portugese Manila galleon San Agustín, which was shipwrecked in November 1595 in Drakes Bay, Point Reyes, California, on its return trip from Manila.
